Online therapy is perfect for you if you like to save time, money, health, and effort. It’s that simple.

If you still are hesitant, ask yourself what you believe you might gain from being in person with a therapist?  And then, “How do I know I cannot gain that with online counseling?”

In short, where is the evidence to support your belief that you have to “do therapy” in person? It might be that you just have a notion, no proof, it works better in person.

I have proof that virtual counseling can be just as effective as in person because I’ve been doing it for years effectively.
